Many clients use Xinix for OTPs (one-time passcodes) and alerts where security is crucial. We also offer features like IP whitelisting (so only your office/server IPs can access the account) and 2-factor login for your user account to keep it safe. SMS itself is not end-to-end encrypted, so extremely sensitive data shouldn’t be in the message content, but for typical use (codes, notifications) it’s industry standard practice.
