How to get started

1. Pick your plan

Choose the SIM package that fits your usage. (If unsure, start with a mid-plan like 24GB – you can always move up or down.)

2. Order online or by phone

Click “Shop SIM Deals” to order through our secure form, or call our team at 03333 055 888. We’ll gather a few details (your PAC code if keeping number, your address for SIM delivery, etc.).

3. Receive your SIM

We dispatch your SIM card free via first-class post (usually arrives in 1-2 days). It comes triple-cut (Standard/Micro/Nano) to fit any phone.

4. Activate & enjoy

If you requested number porting, we’ll schedule that and inform you of the switchover date. Insert the SIM in your unlocked phone, and you’re good to go. We’ll ensure data and network settings are sent to your device or guide you if any manual APN setup is needed.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use these SIM plans in a tablet or 4G router?

Yes. Our plans are data-friendly and support tethering, so you can absolutely use them in tablets, MiFi devices, or 4G/5G routers. An unlimited plan can even serve as home internet for light use households. Just note that the SIM is for normal person-to-person use, not massive constant downloads – but occasional heavy use is fine.

What if my usage changes – can I change plan mid-contract?

We allow flexibility. If you find you consistently need more data, you can upgrade to a higher plan even during your contract (we’ll just restart a new contract at the new plan, or sometimes we can keep original end date – case-by-case, but we aim to be accommodating). Downgrades typically can be scheduled to happen at the end of your 12-month term or you can switch to a 30-day cycle after 12 months to adjust freely. Our goal is to keep you on the best plan for your needs, so talk to us and we’ll find a solution.

Is international roaming included?

For EU countries, yes – all our plans include EU roaming that lets you use your minutes and texts, plus a fair use amount of data (usually 5GB to 25GB depending on plan) at no extra cost. For destinations outside the EU, our Vodafone Unlimited Max plan has an extensive roaming zone covering many countries. Otherwise, usage abroad (outside EU) is charged per standard roaming rates or you can purchase a roaming bundle before you travel (for example, a 7-day global data pass). Check our website or ask us for rates in specific countries.

Will my SIM support 5G and what phone do I need?

All our SIMs are 5G-capable. To use 5G, you need a 5G-compatible smartphone and be in a 5G coverage area of the network (O2 or Vodafone). If you don’t have a 5G phone, no worries – the SIM will work on 4G/3G just fine. And if you upgrade your phone later, the SIM will automatically give you 5G access, no SIM swap required.

Are these plans suitable for business use?

Absolutely. Many small businesses and even larger firms use our SIMs for employees. We can provide a batch of SIMs and offer centralized billing. The unlimited plans are great for field staff, and we can mix networks (some staff on O2, some on Vodafone) to ensure everyone has optimal coverage. Business customers also benefit from a dedicated account manager if you have 10 or more connections.

What happens after the 12-month contract?

After 12 months, you can either renew/upgrade to a new plan or just continue on a rolling basis. If you do nothing, typically it becomes a monthly rolling at the same rate, which you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We’ll reach out near the end of your term with the latest loyalty offers – we often have even better deals for existing customers at renewal.-
