I am writing to share my appreciation for the support I received from Maseb. I came into the call feeling quite overwhelmed by a technical glitch, but he immediately put me at ease. What stood out most was their ability to bridge the gap between high-level tech and everyday language. They are clearly an expert, but they also possess the ‘soft skills’ that make them a phenomenal ambassador for your Xinix brand. Employees like Maseb are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer of Xinix.

Maryam spent hours resolving a technical problem during set-up which was difficult to diagnose. I wish it had been plug-and-play, but great to have a dedicated and hardworking contact in Xinix’s help team.

Working with Maseb via phone and laptop for 40 mins – all queries dealt with and reset for Portal and SNAPmobile – very systematic and total patience to lead me thorugh all steps.

Maryam was excellent, and provided a very quick and efficient customer support. Would be very great for her help again.

Tech support was very polite and he was knowledgeable. All issues were resolved at the same time. Highly recommend the company. In the last two years, there have been no major problem with their service which is priced very competitively.

I had a call cut at exactly 1 hour and I queried if this was due to a Xinix function. Having raised a ticket I was fully informed as to what had occurred (call ended from called end) with evidence. Excellent and quick response from Xinix agent.

It was easy to contact Maryam by email and get my problem resolved. It involved giving online access to my pc so I could see what was going on and then follow instructions keyed in by Maryam. Vaneeza then double-checked that by billing address had been corrected. They always keep me updated.

Great service from Maryam, the box arrived on time ready for the Virgin Media broadband installation the following day. And once the new router was up and working Maryam quickly responded to my queries regarding attaching the comms box to my telephone base unit. I always felt confident that I would get a speedy response from her.

Excellent service. Loved that there’s a direct telephone number and a person to speak to at the other end. No automated communication. I had one phone connected differently, they came up with 2 solutions, which worked perfectly. Very happy with everything.

Uzair, identified the problem being the GUI password. To resolve this we had to re-set the base which proved problematic. After some detailed manipulation of the base features and some 3 hours later Uzair completed the job. Thank you for your time and patience. Much appreciated.

I am 91, and I cannot get used to talking to robots. What a refreshing change to contact Xinix with my problem. An immediate response to my e-mail, followed by a phone call the next day, telling me my problem had been dealt with, with a further call to check that the problem had not returned. First class, Xinix! I wish there were more like you. If the rest of your services match this, Heaven help the Opposition! J.B.

I need ten stars not five. Xinix support solved a problem for us whereby the owner of number we call most often had invertedly blocked our number in their call blocking device. Support were patient, understanding and didn’t treat us as idiots. I judge companies by the level of service they provide rather than the cheapest price. Well done Xinix, we very strongly recommend them.

My experience has been great with this company The instillation was very simple but I did it wrong and they were emailing everyday to help and calling very patient with me not understanding technology I would recommend the company for anyone needing a landline.
