Maseb handled my setting up of two IP phones (Fanvil X305) purchased from Xinix using emails and phone, and setting up on their system, together with porting the phone number over to them. In the end Maseb ‘auto provisioned’ both phones over the Internet and all the settings were then as they should be to work using Xinix.

I have used their residential uk service for some years. Yesterday I added international dialling to be able to call the USA for 1p per minute. It works flawlessly!

Recently had a Linksys VoIP phone adapter with router supplied by Xinix. With special thanks to Masab at Xinix. His help and advice made the whole process relatively painless. Great to have someone knowledgeable at the end of the phone rather than trying to 'talk' to an AI bot. 1st class customer service.

Just transferred landline to Xinix and transfer went very smoothly. They kept in touch to ensure all went well and made themselves available should any problems arrive. The price was very competitive and all round i am very happy with everything so far
