Installer must be a Mondago Select Installer partner. Contact your service provider or account manager for more information.Integration works only with the "Home" and "Mobile" telephone number fields; it does not work with "Work" numbers.Screen pop is supported on the standard 32-bit EMIS client.It is not supported on the 64-bit EMIS Web client, as it lacks the integration component the screen pop mechanism relies on — this includes both Auto and Manual Screen Pop.
If the integration supports caching, please note that cached integrations support up to 30,000 contacts. The live mode method would need to be used for larger directories. Performance will then be determined by a number of additional factors including network speed and application API specification.
