Note/Advisories
Integration is only supported with the fully installed Outlook client (Office 365 64bit) and not the OWA client. Outlook Microsoft Store edition is not supported. This integration will work with a maximum of 5000 Outlook Contacts.When integrating to Outlook Public folders, integration is supported for up to 50 public folders.Contact Popping does not work in the New Outlook for Windows preview client due to Microsoft API changes that prevent screen pop-ups. If "New Outlook" is installed, the integration is incompatible. However, if upgraded from "Classic Outlook," contact/telephone number searching still works, but screen pop-up does not.
